Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and this policy helps ensure we can serve all clients efficiently. 1. Automatic Bookings – Certain planning and strategy meetings can be booked directly through our website. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the meeting details. 2. Rescheduling by Client – You may reschedule your meeting with at least one (1) full business day’s advance notice. 2a. Rescheduling is limited to two (2) times per booking. 2b. Requests made with less than one business day’s notice will be treated as a late cancellation. 3. Rescheduling by Us – While we make every effort to keep all confirmed appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule a meeting if necessary. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to secure the earliest mutually convenient time. 4. No-Shows & Late Changes – If you do not attend your scheduled meeting and have not rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, the booking will be considered a no-show, and any applicable fees or deposits may be forfeited. 5. Business Days – Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
